End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CCTik ("we," "us" or "our") for the use of our website and services.

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before using the CCTik service. It provides a license to use the service and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By using the CCTik service, you are confirming your acceptance of the Service and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

License Grant

CCTik hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the CCTik service in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Service
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Service for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Service on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Service in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
Use the Service for any purpose that CCTik considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
Attempt to circumvent any technological measures implemented to protect the Service

Intellectual Property Rights

CCTik shall at all times retain ownership of the Service and all intellectual property rights therein. The Service (including but not limited to any images, designs, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Service), is owned by CCTik or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you download using our Service. You must ensure you have the right to download such content and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. CCTik does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Service and shall continue until terminated. CCTik may terminate this EULA agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CCTik makes no warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CCTik be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCTik operates.
